Our Pricing
We are a firm believer in having a straightforward price list and as few extraneous fees as possible. All prices include service on as many as four people at the same address for the same case as long as we are able to serve everyone at the same time.
We believe in charging for effort, not paperwork. Our rates include complimentary printing up to 50 pages. We do have additional charges for serving large documents, skiptracing for a good address, providing witness fees for subpoenas, and serving on a Rush or Same Day basis.

- $240 for most other US states.

Our Services
At Palmetto Legal Gophers, we have a proven record of serving papers for our customers safely and efficiently. We want our customers to be thrilled with our work, not just satisfied.
Up to Four Papers
Oftentimes, we are asked to serve more than one entity at the same address on the same case. We think it is unfair to charge you extra for what ends up being a miniscule amount of extra paperwork.
Three Attempts
Palmetto Legal Gophers will make three attempts of service on the location address provided. The attempts will be on different days and times, when we would expect the defendant to be available.
Rush Service
Rush service is defined as any paper that has to be served within 24-48 hours. This service costs $100 in addition to standard charges. For Same Day service, we charge an additional $140.
Service Out of State
Email us at jobs@palmettolegalgophers.com to get a quote on serving papers outside of the Carolinas. Most other states are $240 for routine service.
Service Out of the USA
We also have experience with international service and can help you serve parties all across the world. Contact us for more details.
Skip Tracing
We offer Skip Tracing services to help locate potentially good addresses for service purposes only. $85 per name.
